Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. Orders to the U.K. are shipped parcel post via the United States Postal service, and as a result are untraceable.
You can track the status of your order by visiting www.fedex.com. Use the XX-digit Reference Code, it begins with ?? + 10-digit order number you received when you placed your online order, as the Shipment Reference at FedEx.
We want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your Willa.com purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange (excluding return shipping fees). Please follow the instructions provided in your package. Please ship by insured Parcel Post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, retail stores are unable to accept website returns.
